Muada Command Center is the back-office dashboard, operated by Maticus Media 360, that businesses use to manage their operations — including store hours, alerts, promotional content, and their Google Business Profile listing.
When a store connects its Google Business Profile, we request the business.manage permission. We use it solely to act on that store’s own listing, on the store’s behalf: to publish posts and updates, to read and reply to customer reviews, and to read and update business information such as regular and special operating hours. We also use Google sign-in to identify authorized users (name and email).
We store the encrypted Google OAuth tokens and the minimum identifiers needed to call the Google Business Profile API for each store, along with the operational content store managers create (posts, replies, hours). This data is used only to provide the Command Center features described above. We do notsell it, use it for advertising, or share Google user data with third parties — except subprocessors that operate our service (such as hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations. Google user data is retained while the store’s connection is active and is deleted when the store disconnects or upon request.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
